Help, I want a new haircut!?

Hi beauties!

I kinda need your help..
My hair is boring, too long and kinda dead at the bottom..haahahah
So... Please help me!

My hair needs a haircut but I don't know what to do..

I've been on the internet looking for a nice hairdo and I need your opinion...

The shape of my face is round.. So, too cut it short makes it look even rounder I guess..

But my hair grows really fast and I'm so sick of it! Because it's too long I cannot do anything with my hair except wearing it in a ponytail or let it hang loose.. yawn!
